1) Where are you located? 

We are based in Washington D.C.,  but have facilities overseas as well. 

2)What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX,  and PayPal payments.

    3) How do I track my order?

    You can just click on Track Your Order on top of TMC page, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status.

    4) When will I get my tracking number?

    Once the order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 3-9 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 9 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 9 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 9business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at support@actioncalm.com.

    5) Where can I get my tracking number?

    You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 9 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 -9 business days, kindly send us an email at  support@actioncalm.com.


    You will automatically receive your tracking number after 3 to 9 days from the date of Order Confirmation was sent to you.  If you have not received your tracking number within 9 business days, kindly send us an email at support@actioncalm.com. 

    6) Can I cancel my order? 

    We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email via Contact Us tab as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

    7) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

    If you want expedited shipping please contact us at support@actioncalm.com. We can arrange that for a fee.  

    8) How long does delivery take?

     In order to give you the cheapest shipping prices, we source our products from cost-effective locations. Our top priority is giving you the lowest price possible but usually offset by longer shipping times, which typically is around 8-20 business days for the United States and 20-30 business days internationally.  I hope you understand.

    Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
